Long-term stewards acquiring and operating property & casualty insurance agencies across Texas
Endurance Protection Group is a group of licensed P&C agents focused on carrying forward the legacy of owner-operated insurance agencies. We partner with agency owners who care deeply about their people, their clients, and the businesses they have spent years building.
We believe human agents are the lifeblood of the industry and will remain essential for years to come. Our role is to ensure agencies and agents are equipped with the tools, systems, and support they need to be more productive, deliver a better customer experience, and remain competitive over time.
Our goal is not a quick transaction or financial engineering. We acquire small agencies and operate them for the long term, maintaining continuity for employees and clients while thoughtfully investing in technology and processes that help agencies adapt to a changing insurance landscape.
We acquire to operate, not to flip. Our commitment extends for generations, building lasting value.
